First Step is a Peanut and Tree Nut Free Zone due to severe allergies

All children with allergies must have an Epi-Pen and OTC Medication on site with an IHCP on file

An allergy log will be posted in each classroom with children’s names and known allergies

Children with allergies will be monitored at all times during meals

Teachers will always use disposable gloves to serve food

All children and teachers will wash their hands before and after every meal
